Strategic Hospitality Platform for Family Revenue Growth
Wildhood is a strategic hospitality platform designed to help premium hotels increase measurable revenue by enhancing the family guest experience through structured, screen-free play solutions.
In this project, I worked on positioning, UX architecture, messaging hierarchy, and conversion flow design to transform a product-based business into a revenue-driven hospitality solution platform.
The objective was to shift the narrative from “children’s play products” to “strategic revenue assets for luxury hotels.

Information Architecture & Flow Strategy
The platform was designed as a multi-layered B2B conversion system rather than a traditional marketing website. The full architecture includes product pages, revenue impact sections, case studies, blog content, modular solution pages, and multiple contact entry points tailored to different business intents.
The navigation structure separates strategic content (Revenue Impact, Case Studies, Guest Journey) from operational content (Product Details, Specifications, Branding Options) to support both executive and operational decision-makers.
The flow architecture ensures that users can enter from multiple points — homepage, product pages, revenue pages, or blog articles — and always find a clear path toward consultation or demo booking.
Multi-Entry Conversion Flow
Instead of relying on a single linear journey, the experience was designed around interconnected pathways.
From the homepage, users can explore high-level revenue positioning before diving into individual product solutions. From product pages, they can access specifications, branding options, or download the catalogue. From the Revenue Impact section, they can navigate to case studies or directly book a consultation.
Each major page includes contextual CTAs aligned with user intent, such as “Book a Demo,” “Download Specs,” or “Get Complimentary PlayMate.” This ensures continuous conversion opportunities without disrupting the narrative flow.
Screen Ecosystem & Modular Structure
The platform includes a structured ecosystem of pages covering core solutions (PlaySuite, PlayMat, LumiSuite, PlayOut, PlayKits), revenue positioning, blog content, FAQs, and multiple contact scenarios.
All pages were designed using a modular system to maintain consistency across hero sections, benefit blocks, testimonial layouts, KPI modules, and product showcases. This approach allows scalability across new product launches or additional hospitality verticals.
The result is a connected screen network that supports both storytelling and structured business decision-making.
